Contemporary Controls charges a 2% credit card processing fee per order with exception of orders placed online directly by the customer via the online store. A wire transfer fee of $20 applies per transaction. ACH payments do not incur any additional processing fees.
Sales tax is collected in compliance with Illinois law.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt for in stock items. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday and Sunday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
