December 2011 - Contemporary Controls continues to enhance the online experience for our customers. This month, Contemporary Controls has created a more streamlined product return experience for customers based in the Americas. For our customers based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Contemporary Controls Ltd has launched a redesigned online store to provide a fast, safe and efficient method for ordering Contemporary Controls products online.
At Contemporary Controls, we understand that there are occasions when a product needs to be returned for repair. To provide an effective, straight-forward return for repair process, a new RMA form is now available. After submitting the form, an RMA number and instructions for returning the product are emailed to the customer. Products under warranty that were not subjected to misuse or abuse will be repaired at no charge to the customer.
For our EMEA customers, the newly redesigned online store is easier to use and allows customers to find the right product faster. Contemporary Controls Ltd partnered with WorldPay, a global leader in online payment processing, for increased shopping cart functionality and a more secure ordering system.
