Events: HVACR Education Conference | Niagara Summit
Don't miss the opportunities to meet with the Contemporary Controls team and hear about our latest product developments. We will be exhibiting at the 2022 National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference, March 21-23 in Las Vegas. We also will be at the Niagara Summit 2022 in Charlotte, North Carolina, April 4-6.
Sponsored by HVAC Excellence, the 2022 National HVACR Education Conference brings together HVACR educators, manufacturers, associations, and other industry professionals to share resources and the latest applications about equipment, refrigerants, codes, regulations, and teaching techniques. The theme for the conference, "Training for Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce Instructors," highlights how the HVACR industry was one of a few sectors declared essential during the pandemic and the important role it plays in the health and safety of our society.
The 2022 conference will be a hybrid event, offering in-person lectures, roundtables, panel discussions, and hands-on courses for those involved in training the HVACR workforce. Additional training sessions are available online.
Visit us at booth 513 to learn how our open controllers, such as BASpi and BACcontrol22, and our BAScontrol Toolset facilitate hands-on training. The BAScontrol Toolset is a free set of software tools for commissioning a BAScontroller. The Toolset includes the Sedona Application Editor (SAE), BASbackup, and BASemulator.
"The BAScontrol Toolset provides instructors training tools at no additional cost," said Joe Stasiek, sales manager at Contemporary Controls. "The BASemulator in the Toolset mirrors full controller operation that instructors can customize for specific classroom applications."

We're also looking forward to Tridium's Niagara Summit from April 4-6, in Charlotte, NC. The Niagara Summit 2022 brings together the community of systems integrators, building engineers, application developers, building owners, and facility managers to share resources and the latest applications for monitoring, control, and automation systems from the edge to the cloud. The theme for the for the Summit, "Accelerating Innovation" highlights the Niagara Framework's leadership in connectivity, data interoperability, cyber defense, tagging, and compliance. It offers information sessions for developers, general sessions with industry experts, and breakout sessions with tracks for business, tech trends, and applications.
